You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Contact us at info@luxvidadesignproducts.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, or defect).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxvidadesignproducts.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
