Our return and refund policy for stock items, custom orders, and financed purchases.
Returns on in-stock items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of assembly, use, or alteration.
To initiate a return, email luxvidadesignproducts@gmail.com with your order details. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
We strongly recommend confirming all measurements, finishes, and specifications before placing a custom order. LUX VIDA is not responsible for items that do not fit a space due to customer-provided measurements.
In-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started. After that window, the deposit is non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to luxvidadesignproducts@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion and at no cost to you.
