Shipping Policy.

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your furniture.

Processing & Lead Times

All in-stock pieces are processed and ready to ship within 5–10 business days from our Miami warehouse. Custom and made-to-order pieces have a lead time of 6–12 weeks, confirmed in writing at the time your order is placed.

Delivery Area

We offer white-glove delivery (in-home placement and packaging removal) within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. White-glove service is included in the purchase price for local orders.

National shipping is available via freight carrier for select items. Contact us at luxvidadesignproducts@gmail.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

White-Glove Service (Miami Area)

Our white-glove delivery includes:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment (2-hour window)
  • Delivery to the room of your choice
  • Assembly where required
  • Removal of all packaging materials

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that works for you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the item.

Damage on Arrival

Please inspect your piece upon delivery before signing. If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing luxvidadesignproducts@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no charge.

Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
