Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 2026. By purchasing from LUX VIDA you agree to the following terms.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through LUX VIDA Design & Products ("LUX VIDA", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; changes take effect upon posting.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

LUX VIDA offers both in-stock and custom-made furniture. Custom pieces are manufactured to your exact specifications including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Once production begins:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery or pickup.
  • LUX VIDA is not liable for pieces that do not fit a space due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). LUX VIDA reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. Applicable Florida sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.

4. Payment & Financing

LUX VIDA may offer buy-now-pay-later financing through a third-party provider. By selecting financing at checkout:

  • You enter into a separate loan agreement directly with the financing provider. LUX VIDA is not a party to that agreement.
  • The provider's approval, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by them and subject to their eligibility criteria.
  • LUX VIDA is not responsible for the provider's lending decisions, interest charges, or any fees associated with your financing loan.
  • Refunds on financed purchases are applied to your outstanding loan balance. See our Returns Policy for details.
  • For questions about your financing account, contact your provider directly.

5. Warranty

All solid wood furniture sold by LUX VIDA carries a 2-year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or color changes over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage occurring after delivery that is not a manufacturing defect
  • Upholstered components (fabric, foam) beyond 6 months

6. Limitation of Liability

LUX VIDA's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
